Build the experiment platform: repositories, remote lab access, board booking, execution jobs, logs, artifacts, dashboards and traceability for the camera-based tracking challenge.
Turn the tracking system into measurable evidence: simulations, replay videos, hardware-in-the-loop tests, latency checks, regression gates and acceptance metrics.
Build the real-time hardware path: camera input, FPGA processing, tracking primitives, registers, drivers, data paths and controlled motor/actuator command interfaces.
Build the perception layer: datasets, camera-based detection, AI tracking, trajectory estimation, metrics and FPGA-friendly algorithms with the hardware team.
